Brief Summary of ProposalCandidates for the Ph.D. degree must pass six cumulative exams. These exams are given once a month for eight months of the year(none in June, July, August or December). Students must begin taking cumes after completion of their second semester. Thereafter, students are required to take all of the exams. (A maximum of 24 total cumes may be taken)
