| Brief Summary of Proposal | We are requesting that a new course be added to the graduate sociology curriculum 3850:628 Professional and Ethical Issues in Sociology.
This new course provides an overview to incoming graduate students about the professional rights and responsibilities of sociologists in regard to research and teaching as well as issues related to the ethical conduct of research. It will also equip incoming students with needed information to navigate the graduate program successfully in regard to writing and presentational skills. |
