| Brief Summary of Proposal | There are three specific majors in the marketing program: Marketing Management, Sales Management and Integrated Marketing Communications (changed from E-Marketing Major). Each of these majors will include 4 courses specific to the major. This proposal establishes the common elements of the program. The first common element is 4 foundation courses (Professional Selling, Marketing Research, Buyer Behavior and Marketing & Sales Analytics) that are relevant to each major. The second common element is the Professional Experience courses. In it all students will take the Marketing Capstone Project. Students also have the option to either take an Internship in Marketing Management or at least three credits in Professional Workshops in Marketing.
