| Brief Summary of Proposal | This new selected topics course for European history will allow us fine tune DARS. Rather than one general Selected Topics number (3400:340), we are creating one for each of our distributional areas: 1) 371:North American history; 2) 372:European history; 3) 373:Other. DARS can then be configured to give students appropriate credit for their distribution requirements for the history major rather than handling them as exceptions. See Proposals AS-08-034, 035, 036. |
