To the NAPM Akron Membership, Suppliers and Friends of NAPM Akron:

 

Please consider supporting our annual scholarship fund raiser scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2006 at Mayfair Country Club.  By signing up today you can show continued support for your organization.  Consider this a reminder and follow-up if you have already received a phone call or email from one of our committee member staff.  Proceeds from this event fund a number of scholarships for our members, members sons/daughters as well as local university students.  This year we funded five (5) scholarship awards including two (2) students from The University of Akron.

 

There are a number of ways you can help out this year as we prepare to make this our best ever fundraiser event.  Please consider any of the following options:

 

1 - Sign up today as an individual golfer (The entry form is shown on the backside of this message)

2 - Sign up today and bring suppliers of your choice

3 - Sponsor a ‘hole’ (see reverse side for details)

4 - Donate door prizes (see reverse side for details) 

 

Please consider these options even if you are not a regular golfer; and make sure the management team where you are employed knows about NAPM Akron and this very special fund raiser event.  I’m sure they support your involvement with our organization, therefore I’m sure they will support our fund raiser golf outing.  Please consider asking them.

 

We have tons of door prizes that every golfer has access to as well as some very special grand prizes that will be raffled after the steak dinner.   Sharing this opportunity with a valued supplier is just good business.  Please consider asking your suppliers for support by forwarding to them the electronic version of the golf outing flyer you recently received (also available from our web site), adding a personal note from yourself.  As most of our golf entries originate from suppliers (as opposed to our membership) sending them an invitation would not be out of the question.
