Review classes for modules III and IV start Monday, September 12th at the University of Akron.  Click for more information! Register by August 26th (mention summer postcard mailer) and receive a $50 discount.

 

C.P.M. Exam

ISM has available a ½ price offer...take the pencil/paper C.P.M. exam (at The University of Akron) sponsored by NAPM Akron on Saturday, October 22nd for half price. That's $60 per module or $120 total.  Extra Special Deal: For NAPM Akron members, the exam cost is FREE. That's right, FREE.  NAPM Akron members will pay nothing to take the exam.  Details regarding the actual test site will be determined at a later date depending on demand.  Advanced reservations MUST be returned to the exam coordinator referenced below no later than Friday, September 23rd.  Have a question?  Need a reservation form? Golf Outing Success

83rd Annual Scholarship Golf Outing Summary

The 83rd Golf Event on Thursday, August 4th may have been the best ever.  Coincidently 83 golfers enjoyed a fine day for golf, plus they were treated to wonderful food by the staff at Mayfair Country Club.  We are blessed with a very loyal group of sponsors; without them this event would be just another outing. Many come back each year to enjoy a great day of golf and support our scholarship effort. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone that attended, provided door prizes, gifts and bought raffle tickets.  The winning team of Mike Dovala, Tim Wheeler, Scott Clayton and Tom Manillo toured the Mayfair course at 13 under par and each received a Mayfair certificate for $75.  The long driver for the day, was Dan Duff (NPS) on hole #13. The golfer closest to the pin on their first shot was Tim Wheeler on hole #3. Pete Santee (WESCO) placed his second shot on hole #15 a mere 12" from the pin. Each of these golfers received a dozen golf balls.  Ken Lizzotte (MPW) had his winning raffle ticket drawn for a team entry to the 2006 outing.  No event would be successful if it were not for the volunteers that make it all happen. This year's volunteers were, Bob Faust, John McDonald, Brian McKeighen, Paul Klingler, Pat Tebelak and Penny Inks. We appreciate everything these volunteers did to make this event a success. And a special thanks to John Inks, our Golf Outing Coordinator. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Plans are underway for the 2006 event scheduled for Thursday, August 3, 2006 at Mayfair so mark your calendar today.
