plain talk about how to be an effective networker. During the course of his presentation, Greg

June 7, 2007 Project Management for Supply Professionals <hr A note to
the general membership: It has been my pleasure in
serving the membership of NAPM Akron for the past two years as your
President. During that time we changed
some things around, tried a few new venues, and have accomplished a lot, all
with your help and support. Our
primary objectives were met as we improved attendance at many of our events,
including Dinner Meetings and Satellite Seminars. We have built a much closer tie with The
University of Akron, increased the number of C.P.M.s while providing seminars
to you at no cost, including lunch. We
have a great organization, a terrific group of members, and a strong Board of
Directors. As we transition and move
forward, continue to support the new Board as you have during recent years,
as well as considering giving a year (or two) of service to keep us going
(and growing). Thanks to each and every one of you for your support and participation
during this time. And remember this
paraphrased quote from many years ago. Ask not what NAPM Akron can do for
you, ask what YOU can do for NAPM Akron. (JFK??) Paul Klingler, President
(13 more days, but who is counting) Your feedback is
important so please send all comments to: eNewsletter
