Emmy-award winner Dr. Phil Hoffman teaches radio and television at The University of Akron, in Akron, OH.  With two decades of experience in radio, television and web design, Dr. Hoffman serves as the General Manager of ZTV, a student media group at The University of Akron.   He also teaches media in both the School of Communication and The Mary Schiller Myers School of Art.
