Dr. Heather Walter

Heather Walter ( PhD, University of Buffalo (SUNY)) teaches classes in organizational communication and conflict, including an online course in organizational communication.   Walter's research is broadly in the area of organizational communication, but more specifically tends to focus on organizational conflict and/or communication networks.   Currently, Walter is working on a longitudinal study that examines how communication networks adjust over time, especially in an organization undergoing considerable change. She is also graduate coordinator for the School.
