Dr. Sylvia White

Sylvia White (Ph.D., Ohio State University) is a specialist in media technology, law and history. She teaches Communication Technology and Change, Broadcast History, Mass Media Regulations and Radio/TV Programming. Her research focuses on the use of technology and the history of technological innovation. Her creative activities include digital audio recordings, which feature her performances with Mixed Up Strings, a dulcimer/folk music group.
