Communication at The University of Akron.
Host/Narrator
Heather Burns is the morning drive host on 91.3
The Summit. Last year, she was voted the best DJ by the readers
of Akron Life and Leisure Magazine.
Editor
Matt Rafferty has won Emmys, the IRE Medal and
the Alfred I.Dupont/Columbia University Award for broadcast journalism
for his work at WJW-TV in Cleveland. In 2004, he was named the National
Press Photographers’ "Cutting Edge Editor of the Year.”
Composer/arranger
Mark Alan Schulz is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist.
He owns Great Tunes Multimedia, a local recording studio that specializes
in audio for video. He has composed for other televised documentaries
and films.
Videographer
Georges Yazbek is a senior production major in
the School of Communication at The University of Akron. He works
for both WZIP and ZTV.
Assistant
Editor Donna Wolfe just graduated from The University
of Akron. She’ll be opening her own media production company
-- North Star Productions -- in the fall.
