ABOUT ME
Family and Other Activities:
Brian greatly enjoys time with his wife, Marcie, their two daughters (Michelle and Jenny), two sons-in-law (Roger and Rich) and four grandchildren (Haley is 12; Hannah is 8; Andrew is 7; Nicholas is 7).
In his other life, Brian and Marcie are firearms collectors and recreational shooters. Brian also has been deeply involved in the martial arts for more than 40 years and has a number of earned black belts, including 8th degrees in karate, jujitsu, and kobudo, and numerous honoraries; and he continues to workout. A former member of the USA National Team, Brian has served sport karate and jujitsu under the Olympic banner and as founding board member of a number of local and national martial arts organizations.
He also is a licensed personal protection trainer (women’s self defense), PSDI (Police Self Defense Institute) weapons and tactics instructor, and firearms/weapons familiarity teacher. He has worked with hundreds of women on unarmed and armed self defense and with a variety of law enforcement and military personnel at local, state and federal levels.
