Biography:
Angela is currently researching how computer-mediated communication affects social networks and the development of self and identity. Of particular interest is social interaction in online communities and social networking websites. Future research plans include an exploration of emotion in the digital realm and how class, race, and gender stratification translates into differential participation within virtual environments.
