Biography:

Lynn Clark is interested in how landlords and applicants/tenants interact, especially when there is a stigma attached to the applicant/tenant. The landlord must have a minimum level of trust when renting to someone, such level of trust is affected by market conditions, applicant/tenant status, location of rental unit, and other factors. Lynn is also interested in the field of disabilities and how local service institutions interact with persons with disabilities when providing assistance.
