Larry Bogenrief
Pastor Larry Bogenrief has been involved in ministry for over 25 years. He established Willow Praise Church in Willowick, Ohio in 1993. Willow Praise stresses the importance of a church without walls, reaching the next generation, and meeting the needs of the community. Pastor Bogenrief describes Willow Praise's vision: "Two words best define our mission: Passion and compassion. Passion for Jesus · Compassion for Others."
Pastor Bogenrief and Willow Praise hosted Cleveland's longest running revival, the Shoregate Revival led by evangelist Jim White, with services every weekend from 1997 to 2001. The church currently offers several outreach ministries, including men's and women's groups, leadership programs for boys and girls, food distribution, and street evangelism. The purchase of an apartment building is also planned to provide a residential Christian community including a halfway house, senior housing, and shelter for the homeless. Willow Praise focuses on a 24/7 mission--offering prayers, healing, and using media such as radio and television to take their spiritual message to the greater community at all hours of the day and night.
