Lucille Orr
In 1989, Lucille Orr began to suffer from a serious immune system illness, and she and her husband Dennis feared that the end of her life was near. Then she learned of a healing pastor, Don Bartow, and the healing services at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Canton, Ohio. Lucille was healed in the spring of 1991 and became devoted to sharing the message of Christian healing. She subsequently founded a healing ministry of her own in Canfield, Ohio. The Lifecare Ministry Center is open to people of all faiths and has recently expanded into a church. The prophetic message found on a banner in the ministry/church building that was once a former school reads: “Love my people back to life.” The Orrs speaking of their ministry: "So many people are burned out, sick and hurting...We want to create an atmosphere that will bring healing and hope to everyone.”
Dennis Orr, who is a retired physician and real estate developer, began a free medical clinic in 1994 at Pastor Don Bartow’s Total Living Center in appreciation of the miraculous healing his wife, Lucille, had received. Today, the clinic is a large part of the Total Living Center’s outreach. The Clinic offers a health team, lab facilities, a pharmacy, and sees hundred of patients free of charge each month.
