ZBF Holding Incorporated was established in 1998 in Akron, Ohio. The business was established two years ago as a For-Profit Company with the intent of building housing utilizing a new building system. Construction of the manufacturing facility, and setup of the construction/development company will be initiated within the next three months.

Founders of ZBF Holding, Inc. are Robert F. Browne, President/Secretary and Robert C. Fort, Vice-President/Treasurer. Both founders bring to the business a passion to build and create new communities that will help underdeveloped countries succeed.

Mr. Browne has a been a designer, and systems manager, for 20 years, both in the tradeshow exhibits industry and in producing architectural designs for the residential housing industry. He is currently the CEO of CadWorks Consulting, Inc, and a board member of Vertical Design & Build. He has been involved in vocational training for the State of Ohio JTPA and PIC programs utilizing Autocad, and currently trains companies in the use of SoftPlan, (Architectural Design software). Attended Cleveland Institute of Art, Industrial Design.

Mr. Fort has a background in the construction industry exceeding 28 years. He was owner and operator of a construction business for twenty five (25) years, he is presently president of Global Battery Inc and has been more recently involved with training initiatives for low income individuals and chief advisor of Northern Summit County Coalition Inc a not-for-Profit corp. Mr. Fort attended Youngstown State University and studied Construction Engineering and Construction Management. He coupled the knowledge obtained with work experience to build successful business operations. Mr. Fort resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife of 31 years.
