I am from Manila, Philippines and I was graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. At present, I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program here at the University of Akron. I am currently working on my dissertation which deals with motivation and knowledge acquisition.

        As part of the Target Cities team, I have collaborated with Anatoly Kouznetsov in writing SAS codes for managing data sets. Currently, I am in the process of documenting the translations of the local data set into the national data set.
