Codebooks

        Target Cities Codebooks

The codebooks are descriptions of data formats for the datasets collected at Target Cities sites and submitted to the Cross-Site team for evaluation. It is very important for every site to have the latest versions of the codebooks and submit their data in strict accordance with the specifications provided, which are established at national Target Cities conferences. So far, non-compliance with the codebooks was the most frequent cause of the sites' data being unsuitable for analysis. To provide access to the correct versions of the codebooks was one of major reasons for putting together this web site! It also prompted the cross-site team to send the program codes that are used to check data consistency and compliance with the codebook, directly to the sites prior to submission (these codes are e-mailed to the sites and should be also available at "Downloads" page of this site).

So please read the codebooks and send your data in the right format!

And now, here are the codebooks <coming soon>...
