Fast Times Early at Golden Flash Gala

A number of fast performances highlighted the Golden Flash Gala. Becki Michael (5:15) in the mile, and Morgan Sulzener (18:12), Lisa McCaulley (18:13), and Chris Perun (15:51) in the 5000m all ran track PRs in their events. Emily Freudenrich just missed her 800m PR running 2:19 and later came back with a 59 split on the 4x4. David Pykare also ran an impressive relay split (51 seconds) after a negative split 4:29 in the mile. Jeff Swartzel won his section of the 800m in 2:00.
