Triangular Meet

The Akron men emerged victorious in a triangular meet against Kent State and Ohio. Todd Moyers contributed to the victory scoring points in the 1500m and the 5000m. In the 1500m Todd lowered his personal best to 3:58.89. Jake Magier also scored in two events, the steeplechase and the 5000m.

The Akron women finished second behind Kent State. Bobbie Hardbarger contributed wins in the 800m (2:11.35) and 1500m (4:25.37). Jennie Castle placed second in the 800m and ran on the 4x 400m relay. Jaime Alton scored points in the 1500m and the 5000m. Erin Frye (5000m) and Malia Milec (steeplechase) were also scorers.
