Spring Is Here! Zips Travel to Raleigh to Kickoff Outdoor Season.

After an impressive indoor season, that culminated in a Mid-American Conference championship, the Akron women head into the outdoor season ready to build on that success. The first stop will be Raleigh, North Carolina this Friday and Saturday for the Raleigh Relays. The Zips middle distance/distance lineup for this weekend will be:

800 - Emily Freudenrich (PR 2:07.60)

1500 - Rachel Zubricky (4:32.00)

3000 SC - Becki Michael (11:12.18) & Morgan Sulzener (10:49.17)

5000 - Gina DiAntonio (18:51.43) & Brandi Schoeppner (16:53.48)

4x 800 - Jenny Richardson, Beata Rudzinska, Emily Freudenrich & Rachel Zubricky (SR 8:42.96)
