Lorentz Runs 17:03 at Notre Dame

Kim Lorentz ran the fastest 5km cross country race ever by an Akron woman at the Notre Dame Invitational clocking a time of 17:03. Competing in a star-studded field Lorentz finished 14th. Following Lorentz with PR races were Larisa Arcip (17:39), Cassie Schenck (17:47), Colleen Moran (18:09), Danielle Sidell (18:20), Olivia Jaworek (18:31) and Ro Rupe (18:49). Although she did not record a PR, Sediah Erksine was the number 5 runner with a time of 18:13 in her first race this season.
