Akron vs Toledo - Michigan State - Central Michigan at Mount Pleasant Michigan

Zip Women's Track and Field Team is looking forward to USTCA Quad Series Meet at Central Michigan. CMU installed a new state of the art indoor track last year. The facility allows for good times, and top field event performances while giving the fans excellent viewing of competition areas.

This is strictly a women's meet scored as a head to head team competition between Akron, Central Michigan, Toledo and Michigan State. The scoring system will be 1st through 8th place 9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. Only two athletes from each school in each event can score.

Central Michigan will match up well against Akron. Central has a well balanced team with excellent athletes in almost every event. Toledo and Michigan State are strong future up- and- coming programs. They will bring in high level distance runners and some outstanding athletes in the horizontal jumps as well as more depth in the other events. One noticeable and welcomed feature of the meet is the time schedule listed below. The meet is planned to only take three hours.
