TAILGATE with THE ZIPS on OCT. 9th at The Rubber Bowl.
The University of Akron Track and Field/Cross Country teams met together with alumni, family and supporters to be honored before the football game against Ohio U., and during halftime. Despite the rain the Zips were treated to a highlight video, awards ceremony and food. The climax of the event was the halftime ceremony where the 99 Women's MAC Champions were presented, along with our All-Americans, and the men's 4 x 100 MAC Championship team.
