The Zips opened the outdoor season at the Florida Relays held on the campus of the University of Florida. Meet highlights include Freshman Liz Mangen narrowly missing the discus school record with her 155' 3" performance. Liz finished third in the Open Discus. Dustin Shaffer also threw a discus pr of 158' 2" to finish 7th in the Invitational Discus. Ashley Kaufman finished 7th in the javelin with a throw of 132' 5".
