Goals for this meet:
1. Continue to improve on our individual race performances:
Put yourself in good position in the first 1km.
Compete in the last half of the race!
No one passes Akron in the last 300m of the race.
   Tight team spread: women: 2-6 (6 women < 19:00); men: 1-5 (5 men < 27:30).
This should be a great opportunity to run fast!
2. Compete well as teams and as individuals:
Race as a team -- teammates work together.
3. Have fun racing in a new place against teams we don't normally compete against. Running fast is fun.
4. Cooldown well and prepare ourselves for next week's workouts and All Ohio.
