A very solid overall team performance with some great individual performances.  I was very pleased with the
efforts of our 2-6 runners.  You went our hard, raced aggressively, and finished well.  Let's build on this race in
our training for the MAC meet.

I was pleased with our focus and our competitive performances at this meet.  It is crucial that we take the same approach into our 
training for the next two weeks (and beyond).  There are good things to note about each of your races.  Todd  ran his best race of
the year and will carry it into the MAC meet.  Chris continues to get faster and run solid races.  David Howard has his legs back
under him and will be back at the front of things.  Jake ran a tough race and improved by 30 seconds over last year's performance.
Tim Myers ran a steady race and built up for a strong finish.  David Pykare didn't let a bad day get him down and he kept
competing all the way to the finish line.  That's what we have to have from here on out -- the ability to focus and compete even
when we don't feel things are going our way.
