Although we didn't achieve what I was hoping for in this meet we still had success,
most notably Brandi's 21:50 and 6th MAC runner performance.  I hope that we
can reflect on the meet and the season and see all of the positive accomplishments,
as well as identify the areas we need to work on.  With the conclusion of the
cross country season it is fair to briefly look ahead to next year and what we will
be: MAC Champion contenders, a high regional finisher, and in contention for an
NCAA bid.  Until then we must focus our attentions on our immediate tasks.  This
week we have active rest.  Next week we will resume running, but not serious
workouts, and then we must start getting ready for the track season.

Be aggressive  A
Treat like an 8k A
Team work A -
For the most part we had our best race of the season here and our best two races at MAC and Regionals.
That is a testament of your commitment to the training and the team. Also shows your growing maturity
as runners. You guys showed no fear at all in being in the toughest Regional in the nation. You showed
that you have what it takes to compete at this level. With another 12 months of dedication and training, you
guys will climb the ladder of competitiveness considerably. You also showed no fear of the 10 km distance.
Howard ran his fastest 8 km time of the year. Mate was only 2 seconds off his second best time ever. Bray ran
his 3rd best time ever for 8 km. Pykare continued to run his typical gutsy race and by next year will be a big
time player in cross. Perun showed guts by battling through back pains to run a terrific last 2 km.
Now enjoy some time off and come back for indoor track breathing fire!
Special Note: Howard finished as the 19th MAC runner and PR's for everyone!
