Comments
The goals I had coming into the meet included:
Grade 
1. Race with confidence B-
2. Get good position B-
3. Compete the full 5,000m B-
4. No one passes Akron in the last 300m B+
5. Beat Western Michigan A
This was a schizophrenic race for us.  Our top three were able to put themselves in the race and take advantage
of the high-quality field.  They all have season-best times to show for their efforts and Morgan and Jennie
also got PRs.  Their fast times came from competing!  Unfortunately, it was also a race that the remainder were
not able to benefit from the quality of the competition.  Perhaps it was because the competition was too good, 
or perhaps it was because we didn't know how to race under these circumstances.  I believe it is the latter.  
You have all run faster and your training has been good.  So we have to learn from this experience so we can
race well at All Ohio, Penn State, and especially the MAC meet.
