1. Do aerobic activity of your choosing everyday. You are on your own for this.

2. Meet on Tuesday and Thursday at your scheduled practice time for weights.

3. Sign up for an individual meeting with me to review cross country and preview the track season. Sign up sheet is on Nancy's desk in coaches' office suite. Also pick up and complete a season review questionnaire.

4. Meet for practice on Friday at 2:15 pm. We will have a group meeting and do a workout.

5. Turn in all team-issued equipment -- uniform, warmups, dry-fit tops, shorts, bag -- to Andrea ASAP
