Both Jeanine Thomas (jr) and
Jason Flowers (jr) made come backs this last weekend at the Penn
State Quad after overcoming injuries. Jason shot his time down
to 1:53.75. His previous best this year was 1:56. He also ran
a tough anchor leg in the 4 x 400 relay. Jeanine showed she had
the right stuff after provisionally qualifying in the pole vault

a ankle sprain most of the year compounded by a recent severe
heel bruise after missing the pit a few weeks ago in practice.
Flowers has been having troubles with stress fractures the last
few years. His last one kept him out of this year's indoor season
and he still spends much of his training on a bike.
