This is VERY important information!!!

In all previous information we have sent out, we were going to close entries on Wednesday, March 2nd at noon. Due to the sheer number of entries I have to change this deadline.

Entries will now close at 9PM Tuesday, March 1st. This information will be posted on the University of Akron Track Site, GoZips.com, and in two different locations on blkshirt.net to make sure the message is conveyed across to you.

This will allow us to seed the meet and alter heats based on number of entries in a timely manner and still get heat sheets out by Thursday Morning to you via email.

Please make sure that your entries are declared in time, if you notice anything wrong on the site after entries close, please email me immediately so I can get those rectified. Again if you have ANY technical issues, please email me right away.

Again I hate to do this last minute but this something that has to be done.
