Akron Invitational

Date: February 13-14, 2009

Location: Stile Athletic Field House (across Union Street from the outdoor track)

Facility: 300m Mondo Track

               Six 42" lanes on oval

               Eight 42" lanes on sprint straightaway

               Dual long/triple jump runways and pits

               1/4" pyramid spikes only



Entry Procedure:  Online entries will be made at www.finishtiming.com

  Please submit verifiable marks from the 2008-2009 indoor season. 

  Note: all entry marks will be published on accepted entry list.



Entry Limitations:

3 competitors per team may be entered in the meet

No "B" relays

Pentathlon/Heptathlon entries should be submitted to Dennis Mitchell (dwmitch@uakron.edu)

Discus Entries should be submitted to Brian Forrester (330/329-6823)



This is not an all-comers meet.  All non-Division I teams and individuals must 

receive permission to be in this meet. Non-division I athletes must meet 

performance standards and receive prior permission to enter the meet.

Pole Vault

	Women:Gold - 3.51m 11’6” Blue – 3.05m 10’00”

	Men:Gold - 4.60m 15’1” Blue – 4.15m 13’7”

High Jump

	Women:	Gold – 1.58m, 5’2” 	Blue – 1.48m, 4’10”

	Men:	Gold – 1.95m, 6’4¾” 	Blue – 1.85m, 6’¾



Entry Deadline: Noon, Wednesday, February 11

Entry Fee: $250 per team ($500 for men & women), $15 per individual

Final Declarations: 10:00 am, Friday, February 13

Scoring: non-scored
