Rudzinska Breaks MAC Championship Record in 800m, Leads 1-2 Akron Sweep.

Beata Rudzinska ran 800 meters in 2:06.27 to place first and smash the MAC Indoor Championship record. Jennie Castle finished second in 2:11.62. In Friday's prelims Jennie ran a personal best 2:11.51 and Beata won her section in 2:11.67. That duo now owns four of the top seven times in MAC Indoor Championship history.

In the women's 5,000m freshman Morgan Sulzener placed seventh by improving her personal best by 20 seconds, 17:32.72.
