Women's Team Picked 4th in
Pre-season Poll

The Akron women's cross country team was picked to finish 4th in the MAC Cross Country Championships in a vote of MAC coaches. Adriana Zalucka, Morgan Sulzener, Lisa McCaulley are the top three returners from last year's 5th-place team. All three of those individuals scored in the MAC Outdoor Track Championships, along with Jennie Castle. The men's team was not among the top six voted on by the men's coaches. Akron will host the Mid-American Conference Championships on November 1 at Mayfair Country Club.
