University of Akron History Collections
The University Archives contains the official records of The University of Akron and its predecessor Buchtel College. Additionally, it contains publications, ephemera, photographs, and artifacts produced by and about the University. In essence, the University Archives serves as the historical record of the University. Materials are collected on a continuing basis.
