Policies
- Serials issued annually or less frequently are classed, unless otherwise specified by bibliographer; serials issued more than once a year are shelved as periodicals and not classed.
- LDRs in OCLC are only maintained for materials treated as periodicals by UL
- LDRs are not maintained for Art Museum serials; they are also not maintained for remote electronic resources
- Wayne maintains LDRs for materials in its collections
- Gift periodicals are not added to the UL collections except under specific instructions from a bibliographer
