The reference area on the first floor of Bierce Library supports the informational and research needs of the university community, with particular emphasis on Business, Education, the Humanities and Social Sciences.
Both general information and research assistance are available at the Reference/Information Desk (330) 972-7236. Long distance reference service is provided toll-free at 1-888-226-4615. There is also TTY/TDD access to enable us to receive calls from deaf or hearing impared users who use a similar device from home, work or elsewhere on campus (330) 972-2463.
The Reference/Information Desk is staffed most of the hours that the library is open.
