  About the University of Akron Libraries: Four library units make up the University of Akron Libraries. The libraries' online catalog, UA Libraries Catalog, contains materials found in each of the libraries.

Bierce Library: located on Buchtel Commons, is the main library building on the University's main campus. Bierce Library collects books, periodicals, indexes, computerized databases, and archival and audio-visual materials that support reserach in the humanities and social sciences. Science & Technology Library:located at 104 Auburn Science Center on the Main Campus, collects books, periodicals, indexes, and computerized databases that support research in the general and applied sciences and medicine. School of Law Library: located on the Main Campus, collects case reports, statutes, treatises, loose-leaf services, journals, indexes, and digests covering a wide range of jurisdictions and areas of law.
