Alt-HealthWatch
a full-text and image database that focuses on
complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health and wellness.
It has 44,000 full text articles from 160 international peer-reviewed and
professional journals, magazines, reports, proceedings,
association and consumer newsletters.

Biological
Abstracts/BIOSIS Previews  contains abstracts and bibliographic
references to worldwide biological and medical literature. Biological
Abstracts contains references to journal items focusing on vital
biological and medical research findings,pharmacological studies, and
discoveries of new organisms.
BIOSIS Previews also covers international meetings, review articles,
books, and monographs.1980-Present.
CancerLit 
Covers all aspects of cancer therapy and research from journals, symposia,
government reports, and selected books.Covers 1963-2002.
CHID
(Combined Health and Information Database)   is a joint
project of the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention. 16 major topical areas are covered, each of which
can be searched separately. Covers from 1985 on. Updated quarterly.
Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition emphasis on nursing and allied health.
Access to many full text journals as well as indexing and abstracts for over 600 journals.
Health and Psychosocial Instruments (HAPI) provides information
on measurement instruments such as questionnaires, interview schedules, and rating scales
in the health fields, psychosocial sciences, organizational behavior, and library and information science.
PsycINFO 
contains Nursing, Health and Medicine, as well as Public Policy in its
subject coverage. It includes citations and summaries of journal articles,
book chapters, books, dissertations, and technical reports, all in the
field of psychology and the psychological aspects of related disciplines
such as medicine, nursing, and pharmacology. English-language material
published from 1967-present.
